City Residential are proud to announce that after beating tough competition, they have won Best Letting Agency for Customer Service. It doesn’t get more competitive than this- a much sought after accolade decided after intensive independent customer research, to ascertain the estate agency most worthy of this award. Phil Hartley, Head of Lettings and Property Management, says “We are delighted to have won this award, our department has been under a three year period of growth and we have invested a lot of time and effort in ensuring that our customer service is of the highest quality. All the staff at City Residential work incredibly hard and is more than deserving of this success.”
Rounding off the successes of the evening was our Sales department whose hard work and dedication was rewarded with a magnificent runner up place in the prestigious Best Estate agent for Customer Service.
Our successes were toasted well into the early hours.
